A girls youth workshop revolving around self-development, understanding the fundamentals of our faith, and discussing challenges our youth face today.

ABOUT
Here at Teens for Truth, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact with all of our pursuits. Be it a fundraiser for Afghan refugees trying to rebuild their lives or helping the less fortunate in the community or even learning a new skill and using it to give back to the community. Our monthly meet up revolve around self-development, socializing and making new connections with like-minded individuals. Teens for Truth was originally known as Orlando Muslim Girls established in 2019. Zahra Zafar renamed it Teens of Truth. After doing fundraisers and drives for 2 years we are know selling items on sale and proceeds of all sales go to knowledge for living and doctors within borders

THINGS WE DO

AFGHAN REFUGEES
Teens for Truth did a fundraiser and the proceeds were donated to 'The Afghan Allies of Central Virginia' Funds were also raised on our go fund me account.
TOILETREE AND TABLET DRIVE DURING COVID
We collected toiletree and other items like toys and even ipads and donated them to the less fortunate senior citizens/ families in Orlando downtown.


LEARNING NEW SKILLS
Our aim as a youth group for girls is to empower ourselves and in turn be a source of empowerment for others. We try to learn a new skill like applying Henna and in turn using this to raise money for well deserving organizations.
BI-MONTHLY SELF DEVELOPMENT
Teens for truth meets up bi monthly and the topics discussed revolve around self-development and challenges our youth faces today. This an opportunity for girls to come together for a night of learning, socializing and making connections with like minded people.
